Program Components:
Somatic Work:

Art Medicine:
- Explore your inner world through creative expression. Art therapy provides a non-verbal outlet for processing emotions and experiences, helping you uncover and understand subconscious feelings and thoughts.
Journaling:
- Utilize the power of writing to reflect on your past, present, and future. Guided journaling exercises will help you articulate your journey, gain insights, and track your progress throughout the program.
- Learn how to conduct introspective self-guided tarot readings and use them as journaling prompts to gain a deeper insight into your past, present, and future.
Buddhist Philosophy:
- Integrate timeless Buddhist principles such as mindfulness, compassion, and impermanence into your healing journey. Learn how these philosophies can provide a framework for understanding suffering, fostering self-compassion, and cultivating inner peace for yourself and the world.
Hypnotherapy:
- Hypnotherapy can help you let go of emotional baggage and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from living your fullest life. By guiding you into a relaxed, focused state, you can tap into the deep wisdom of your subconscious mind and heal from past traumas. Meditation:
